NitroG can cater Nitrogen Requirements from 7 cu.m/hr to 250 cu.m/hr with purity in the range of 99.5% to 99.99% to various applications.On-site nitrogen generation saves industrial users from downtime on critical operations that require the use of nitrogen. Operational downtime due to logistics issues with trucking nitrogen from vendor locations incurs huge losses for industrial users every year.

NitroG Operation

In PSA based NitroG , the air is compressed in the compressor after the pre-treatment. The compressed air is passed through Air Dryer to remove moisture vapour. The Dry air is then passed through series of filters to remove oil, water and other impurities. The Dry, clean compressed air is then fed to zeolite column. The zeolite is nano structured such that only nitrogen molecules can pass through. The Nitrogen enriched air is then stored in the Nitrogen tank and fed to the application points.
