Oxygen concentator

Oxygen Concentrator

Oxygen Concentrators are the devices which enriches the oxygen concentration. The oxygen enriched air is used to deliver the oxygen to individuals with breathing-related disorders. Individuals whose oxygen concentration in their blood is lower than normal often require an oxygen concentrator to replenish the oxygen. OxyBliss Oxygen Concentrators are fully designed and developed in India. OxyBliss concentrators are coming in two categories OC-5 and OC-10. OC-5 can deliver 0.5 - 5 Litres of Oxygen Per Minute and OC-10 can deliver 0.5 - 10 Litres of Oxygen Per Minute. The life of OxyBliss oxygen concentrator is 10000 hrs.

OxyBliss Working Principle

OxyBliss oxygen concentrator works in pressure swing adsorption principle, which can separate oxygen, nitrogen and other gas from the air. As soon as power is connected, after a 5 seconds delay, the air is taken in and compressed by oil less air compressor through filtering, then the compressed air flows through the copper coil which will cool the compressed air. After that, the air is taken into adsorption column by Direction control valve and the nitrogen is captured in the adsorption column and the oxygen is let out of adsorption column. The high purity oxygen is collected at oxygen tank. The high purity oxygen from oxygen tank is then flows through the flow meter and humidifier bottle. By using a nasal cannula, patients can inhale this high purity oxygen. The flow can be adjusted using Flowmeter. The concentration of supplied oxygen is from 90% to 96%.
