About Onsite Oxygen Plant

On-Site Oxygen Plant is working based on Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. JCS manufacturers complete line of On-Site Oxygen Plant with output from 33 lpm (1.98 cu.m/hr) to 980 lpm (58.8 cu.m/hr) with oxygen purity of 93±3 % and gauge pressure greater than 4.2 bar (60 PSI).JCS's On-Site Oxygen Plant can help you to generate On-demand oxygen, around the clock throughout the year, by utilizing only electricity. Our On-Site Oxygen Plant comply all national and international standards like US Pharmacopeia, European Pharmacopeia, Indian Pharmacopeia, Indian Health Ministry and HTM. JCS's On-Site Oxygen Plant also complies ISO 10083 and ISO 7396-1.

On-Site Oxygen Plant can eliminate the oxygen cylinder availability, transportation and storage related issues. On-Site Oxygen Plant can produce oxygen with very little expenses than oxygen cylinders. You can save money by using On-Site Oxygen Plant instead of oxygen cylinder and also Return Of Investment is faster. JCS's On-Site Oxygen Plant can be used in Hospitals, Waste water treatment, Aquaculture / Fish farming and many other applications.

On-Site Oxygen Plant Operation

The atmospheric air is inhaled by the compressor and pressure is boosted. The pressurized air is then entering into the Air Dryer. In Air Dryer the moisture is removed from the air and the oil and moisture free air enters into the zeolite column through series of filters. The Zeolite nano pores are structured such a way that only oxygen molecules can pass through. All the Nitrogen Molecules are captured in the zeolite column. Once saturation point of the zeolite column is reached , the column will undergo regeneration process .

The Zeolite material have a very unique property that when the pressure is released back to atmospheric pressure during the regeneration process the Zeolite releases the Nitrogen that was stored on its surface. The process consists of switching the compressed air from one vessel to the other by means of a series of valves in a very precise sequence to take advantage of this unique property. Thus, the zeolite column is regenerated and ready for Production.

The enriched oxygen air with oxygen concentration of 93±3% is stored in the oxygen tank and fed to the application outlets.
